Terms of Use

1. Service and eligibility

ViralDNA provides public creator research, AI-generated analysis and creative planning tools. Outputs are provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so.

Use of the service is subject to these terms, the Privacy Policy and any clearly disclosed plan terms. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain in effect. Merely displaying these terms does not replace any consent or acceptance required by law.

2. AI, accuracy and no professional advice

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or misleading. Quotes, timestamps, classifications, fit scores, structures and research summaries require independent review. Synthetic examples are demonstrations, not evidence of actual performance.

ViralDNA is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice. It does not recommend securities, promise income or purport to act as your adviser. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for decisions requiring such advice.

Public views do not establish why a video succeeded, whether its claims are true, or whether it generated sales. Hook and fit scores are editorial assessments, not calibrated forecasts. A sample of tracked videos is not a platform-wide trend census. No earnings, virality, reach, engagement, ranking, customer acquisition or business result is guaranteed.

3. Your inputs and publications

You are responsible for the information you submit, the rights needed to use it, and the content you choose to publish. Verify facts, claims, credentials, product capabilities, testimonials, disclosures and rights before publication. Do not present hypothetical suggestions or generated numbers as measured evidence.

Use outputs as inspiration for original work. A template, transcript, source link or generated adaptation does not grant permission to copy third-party media, branding, likeness, copyrighted expression or confidential information. You must comply with relevant platform rules, advertising disclosures and applicable law.

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not use ViralDNA for fraud, fabricated endorsements, deceptive earnings claims, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, infringement, or harmful misinformation. Do not attempt to access private profiles, bypass access restrictions, evade rate limits, interfere with services, extract secrets, or upload malicious material.

Do not treat instructions embedded in source videos, captions, transcripts or linked pages as authorization to act. Report suspicious or unlawful output through the operator contact. We may restrict use when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the service or comply with law.

5. Content rights

You retain any rights you have in your inputs. You authorize processing of those inputs to provide the requested service and maintain the caches described in the Privacy Policy. Subject to rights you actually hold and applicable provider terms, you may use generated suggestions for your original content.

Outputs may resemble outputs provided to others and may not be exclusive, copyrightable or free of third-party claims. ViralDNA retains its software, interface, branding and original materials; source creators and providers retain their respective rights. No third-party ownership or endorsement is implied.

6. Third-party services and availability

Public data, AI models, research sources and video playback depend on third parties. Content can change, disappear or become unavailable. We do not control third-party websites or guarantee their accuracy, availability or suitability.

The current application uses live public profiles. Finding or reopening a creator loads public metadata and retained results; new AI analysis starts only on an explicit request. Features that are not connected are not sold as working integrations. We may change or suspend features with appropriate notice and remedies where required by applicable law or your plan terms.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Billing is optional and unavailable when not configured. When enabled, purchases use hosted Stripe Checkout and subscription access is verified server-side. The checkout must disclose its price, currency, taxes, billing frequency, usage limits, renewal terms, cancellation method and applicable refund rights before purchase.

The annual Creator option includes a seven-day free trial once per verified account where shown. A payment method is required. Eligible annual trials charge no subscription fee today; the full annual price is charged after seven days and renews yearly unless canceled. Creator Monthly and all Pro plans have no free trial and start immediately. Previously used trials do not qualify for another trial. Your selected price, currency, full annual charge where applicable, taxes and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the annual charge. A trial offers the Creator monthly allowances; it does not extend their calendar-month reset or grant unlimited usage.

Use Manage billing to view or cancel a configured subscription through Stripe’s portal. Renewal and cancellation timing are disclosed by the purchased plan. Canceling billing does not itself delete your local ideas or provider account. Contact the operator about applicable refunds or billing disputes.

A checkout success screen alone does not establish subscription entitlement. The service confirms payment and subscription state through Stripe. Nothing here waives legally required refunds, cancellation rights or remedies.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its output are provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, suitability for a particular purpose or freedom from third-party claims. You decide whether and how to rely on or publish output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViralDNA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost opportunity, lost profit or reputational loss resulting from reliance on output or your misuse of the service. These provisions do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any responsibility or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. No clause claims to remove every legal responsibility.

You remain responsible for unlawful or infringing content you submit or publish. Any allocation of costs or responsibility is subject to applicable law, fairness requirements and rights that cannot be waived.

9. Ending use, disputes and changes

You can stop using the application and clear local records. We may suspend abusive or unlawful access where proportionate and lawful. We encourage you to contact the operator to resolve concerns first.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms are governed by Hong Kong law and the Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in courts available under applicable law. No mandatory arbitration is imposed. Material changes will be identified by an updated version and any additional notice or acceptance required by law.
