Research and analysis
Include the platform, public creator link, approximate time and the error you saw. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, API keys or payment-card details. Some public videos cannot be processed because of platform availability, duration, file-size or provider limits. Failed analysis requests are credited back where the service establishes that the request failed.
Billing and cancellations
Open My account and choose Manage billing / cancel to update your card, view invoices or cancel a subscription. If you cannot access your account, email support from your sign-in address. Include an invoice or checkout reference, without card details.
Your information
Use Download my data in My account for your server and device workspace records. Use Request account deletion to create a verified support request. Clearing browser storage and deleting a cloud workspace are separate controls.
