Clear billing, a continuing Free plan and a cancellation route you can find.
Before you pay
Free does not require a card. Eligible Creator Annual accounts receive seven days before their first annual subscription charge. A card is required for that trial. Creator Monthly and every Pro plan start immediately without a trial. Checkout shows the exact currency, full annual or monthly charge, taxes and renewal terms.
Cancel your subscription
Open My account, then Manage billing / cancel. Cancel before an annual trial ends to avoid the first annual charge. Paid cancellations normally take effect at the end of the paid period; Stripe displays the effective date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically request a refund or erase your account.
Request a refund
Contact the operator email below from your sign-in address, with your invoice reference and the reason for your request. We review requests individually and explain the outcome. Do not send card details. This process does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
Billing mistakes or service failures
Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized or incorrect. If a verified failed research request used an allowance, contact us with its reference so we can review the allowance refund. Usage credits and payment refunds are different.
